First Private Brewery – For People As For Yourself

First Private Brewery was established by the family of Andrii Matsola in 2004 and remained an exclusive family business until January 2012. In 2012 the company merged with Radomyshl, Beer and Non-Alcoholic Beverages Plant owned by international group OASIS CIS, specializing in the production of beer and soft drinks in 6 countries. 30% of OASIS CIS shares are owned by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and German Oettinger Brewing Group. OASIS CIS controlling share is owned by 4 managing partners of the company, the citizens of the US, Israel, Britain and Russia. In the result of the merger First Private Brewery today runs 2 breweries, in Lviv and Radomyshl with total capacity of 2.3 millions of hectoliters of beer per year. The largest shareholder of the company and its CEO is Andrii Matsola, Ukrainian. The second largest share is owned by the EBRD. The remaining shares are divided between Oettinger Group and managing partners of OASIS Group.

Carpathian Mineral Waters, LLC is a national producer of mineral waters and soft drinks during more than 15 years period. The workshop for bottling the drinks started to work on August 20, 1996. In June 2002 it was reorganized into the plant for the production of mineral waters and soft drinks called Carpathian Mineral Waters.
